To Cancel your Registration:
You will receive two plate return receipts. One is for your insurance company and one should be kept for your own records.
 If you are unable to go to the RMV in person, you may mail in your plates to the address listed below.

You will receive one plate return receipt in the mail.
Please note that the receipt will be mailed to the address currently on file. If you have moved, please include your new address with your plates.
