NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Lancaster Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Lancaster Town Hall on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by Jason and Kathryn Engelhardt (applicant and owner) 157 Center Bridge Road, Lancaster, MA 01523 for relief from Section 220-9 (D) and proceedings of December 11, 2008.
The petitioner is requesting the approval to utilize an additional 444 square feet for an office in the existing building, with an additional four parking spaces.
The site is located in the Residential Zoning District at 157 Center Bridge Road, Lancaster, MA, and is identified on the Assessor’s Map 38, Parcel 129.
