CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
February 2, 2010
Pursuant to M.G.L., Chapter 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Town of Lancaster conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lancaster Town Hall, 695 Main Street, Lancaster, MA on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at 7:30 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A Notice of Intent filed by Douglas K. Fuller (applicant and owner), 8 Lincoln Street, South Natick, MA 01760, in which the applicant is proposing to upgrade the existing septic system with a new system, within 100 feet of a BVW.
The proposed project site is located in the Residential Zoning District at 396 Hill Top Road, Lancaster, MA and is identified on the Lancaster Assessor’s Map 32, Parcel 15.
