NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
March 2, 2010
Pursuant to M.G.L., Chapter 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Town of Lancaster Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lancaster Town Hall, 695 Main Street, Lancaster, MA on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 7:15 PM to hear and act upon the following matter.
An Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by 580 Fort Pond, LLC (owner and applicant) in which the applicant is proposing to have delineated 14,489 feet of bordering vegetated wetlands.
The subject property is located at 580 Fort Pond Road and is located in the Limited Office District and is identified on Assessor’s Map 5, Parcel 26.
A copy of the application and accompanying documents are on file in the Community Development and Planning Office at 695 Main Street, Suite 4, Lancaster, MA 978-368-4007.
