NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
February 4, 2010
The Town of Lancaster Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Lancaster Town Hall on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by the Town of Clinton (owner and applicant) 242 Church Street, Clinton, MA 01510 for an appeal pursuant to a Cease and Desist order issued by the Lancaster Building Commissioner and Zoning Enforcement Officer.
The site is located in the Residential Zoning District at the rifle range on South Meadow Road, Lancaster, MA, and is identified on the Assessor’s Map 46 as Parcel 19.
