Lancaster's Animal Control Commission (ACC) is seeking a new member. This is a volunteer opportunity for anyone who has some experience with animals -- house pets, livestock, etc., or who has any law enforcement or court experience -- a lawyer, police officer, etc. The Commission meets once a month, on the first Monday of the month at 6:30, to hear reports from Lancaster's Animal Control Officer and any animal complaints from residents (e.g., about dogs running loose, incessant barking).
