Affordable Housing Trust
The purpose of the Lancaster Affordable Housing Trust is to provide for the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Town of Lancaster. By Town Meeting vote at the 2020 Annual Town Meeting, the Town adopted the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44, Section 55C, and the Town of Lancaster Affordable Housing Trust was established.
