We are all so busy I Wishing you sweet dreams want to make sure you don't miss notice for tomorrows Sweet Dreams Seminar, tomorrow (Monday June 1 1th at 3 right downstairs). Sleep is restorative, and required for good mental and physical health. Many, including myself suffer from sleep disturbances, so I will be there for tips and some herbal tea and cookies (hope I can enter the raffle for a great 'sleep basket' too. Presented by our own Ann Mazzolla, a great lady, and a great nurse. Thanks to Home Instead!

Before Ann's presentation, we start the day with Tai Chi (outdoors? 9:30) followed by Yoga at 11. Both great classes, reasonable ($5 or 6/$25) Come to try them!

Tuesday come to pancakes (7:30-9 ish)! Our Friends Farmers market will be starting soon too... Lettuce, Asparagus, and Strawberries are in. I hope we get them for Tuesday- if not the week after. Anyone see the lettuce last year, you needed a hatchback to take it home!

Finally, tickets are selling fast for the Summer Solstice Soiree. We do have a cut off!  I am excited, and a bit nervous about the party... we need new good weather and help. If you are available please come help. if you can! Details in the Crier, but may I hit the highlights, great food, music, games... friends! All to benefit the garden and thank our many supporters. I hope you can come to. thank them and do good, by having fun (tough job)!

Hope to see you soon!
