Souper Bowls!

Greetings, 

Are you as tired as I am? That game was draining, though it was an exciting game. You must admit the Eagles played well. The Pats had a great season, and as 'us New England fans' say "there is always next year'.  Despite the loss, there were some winning Pats fans in our midst!  Not a bad game for four lucky Friends of Lancaster Seniors Square Winners!  RJH, Karen H, Glen and B-K each won a quarter! Come and get your crisp new $50 bill from Dave at breakfast or be in touch and we will get it to you. Congratulations and thank you for supporting the Friends!  

Now that the Super Bowl parties are history it is time for us to make some of our own. Our Souper Bowl potlucks are always fun and filling.  Friday, Feb 16th let's get together to share some soup and break some bread! No bad commercials, just lots of friendly chatter and great healthy soups. Bring your recipe! We are hoping to cajole Sue to make her Beef and Barley again, I will try a Fish Chowder and who knows what else may show up.  We will have crusty bread and a great big salad thanks to Harvard Community Health Foundation.  #eatwell, #hchp We will also provide healthy beverages and a comfy chair. Now, all we need is you!! Hope you can make it. If you can RSVP we would appreciate it for planning purposes, but come either way. Drop by at 5 but I am sure the pots will be hot long afterward.
